Ingredients:
1-14 oz can Black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups Frozen corn kernels
1 Small Red Onion
1 ½ tsp Ground cumin
2 tsp Hot Sauce
1 Lime, juiced
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 15 minutes before serving to allow corn to defrost and flavors to combine.
